Initiate Your Request
Log into your HIVE account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number via email.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the preloved item in its original packaging or a similar eco-friendly mailer, ensuring the tags are visible and the invoice is included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 3 business days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
